Return Policy

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon their arrival. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to cs@nmnwater.com for a request of refund or exchange of products at your shipping cost .

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a HKD $20 administration fee whether or not your order has been shipped.  Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint only if an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.

If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Transform (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and if the buyer is unsatisfied, Transform (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are only permitted on a case-by-case basis, the decisions are made upon by Transform (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. are final.

Complaints

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: cs@nmnwater.com.hk or (852) 3482 2972. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually. The decisions made by Transform (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. are final.

Legalities

Transform (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shall bear no responsibility.
